I am Aleksandra, 35, have been living in Indy for 11 years. My husband and I always talked about investing but we are just now ready to start. I would like to attend one of your meetings. When is the next one scheduled?

Welcome to the ICI forum!  I hope that you have found it useful and informative.  Our normal meeting times are on the first Wednesday of every month.  However, this month (June) we are instead having a cookout on June 21st at 1pm in the Greenwood area.  This event is our twice-a-year social "get together" to relax, enjoy good food and great conversation.  We won't be talking about anything formal at the cookout, but we would love for you to attend to meet our members.  It is a family event so if you have kids, they are invited.  I would be more than happy to talk with you about what we offer at that meeting.  If, however, you can't make it to the cookout or would prefer our traditional meeting, that will occur on Tuesday July 1st at 7pm in the Greenwood area.  Let me know what you prefer and I can get you the information.  Thanks again for stoping by.

Wonderful!  I hope you can make it on the 21st.  It should be a lot of fun and the food will be plentiful. 

I do schedule one-on-one meetings.  The only caveat to scheduling is that my calendar is very full over the next few months as I have college classes every Monday through Thursday from 6pm to 8pm, and then I also am out of the office three times a week.  That is not to say we can't schedule a time, but that it will be a little challenging due to my prior commitments.    Let me know when you are available and I am sure we can work something out.  You can e-mail me privately if you prefer at brian@investorschoiceindy.com

Hi Everyone,

My name is PJ and I am a Real Estate Investor from California. 

I am extending my investing business to Indianapolis to take advantage of the "Hot" city.    There are lots of deals in CA but they are still too high to cashflow in most cases.

I would like to start creating a team in the area and would really appreciate IC members' recommendation on professionals there.  I am specifically looking for RE Agent (Brian?) who I can work with as an investor's agent.  I will be rehabbing the properties I acquire so I would need project managers, contractors, property managers, hard money lenders, etc, etc.
