We are investors and guide many other investors through the trials and tribulations of real estate investing. Many television shows paint a great picture of investing, but many of you are probably already aware that those shows only include part of the picture. | In addition, we have a "Preferred Investor" group that is an exclusive membership into a community of local investors that are currently purchasing, exchanging, renting and flipping real estate investments. Once you become a "Preferred Investor" you gain additional benefits such as discounts on vendor services like flooring, roofing, painters, windows, siding, mechanical contractors, legal services and accounting services. Finally, you also get privileges to have first choice of many of the investment properties we find. We have developed relationships with many of the local REO brokers and banks, and we get a "sneak peak" about many investment opportunities before the public gets a look. That gives us an upper hand in selecting some of the best real investments around. We pass those properties on to you. Unlike some brokerage firms, we do not buy the best properties for ourselves and leave the "junk" for you. Preferred Investors have first opportunity to choose from those properties. |

| Lastly, we have monthly meetings where the Preferred Investors get together to personally discuss their strategies, experiences and properties. Each month we have a featured guest speaker that talks about various real estate investment issues.
